Overview
The creaking is functionally invulnerable: hitting it only flashes a red line back to the creaking heart in a nearby pale oak, and destroying that heart is the only way to kill it. It is a weeping-angel mob, frozen solid whenever any player looks at it and advancing only when every player has looked away. It will not chase you outside its heart's range, and it vanishes at dawn.
