Minecraft classifies Cyan Bed as a functional block. A crafting table turns its ingredients into Cyan Bed. It breaks almost instantly, with a hardness of just 0.2.
You can break it by hand without losing the drop. It is transparent, which matters when you are managing light levels. With a blast resistance of only 0.2 it will not survive an explosion.
It is unstackable. The recipe calls for Cyan Wool and Oak Planks. It is not used in any crafting recipe.
