Overview
Cyan Carpet is one of the 16 variants of White Carpet: same recipe, same hardness, same drops — only the look differs. The full write-up for the set is on the White Carpet page.
In Minecraft 1.21.4, Cyan Carpet is a coloured block. Cyan Carpet has a crafting recipe, so it is renewable as long as you can source its ingredients. With a hardness of 0.1 it gives way immediately under almost any tool.
Any tool works, and so do bare hands. Mining it returns the block itself, so it is safe to relocate. A blast resistance of 0.1 means a single creeper will clear it away.
It stacks to 64. You make it with Cyan Wool. No recipe takes it as an ingredient.
About the cyan set
Properties
Cyan Carpet resists blasts at 0.1, which is not enough to survive anything explosive nearby. Light does not pass through it, and it emits none of its own. One inventory slot holds 64, the normal full stack. It catches easily (encouragement 60, burn 20), so keep lava and open flame well away from it and from anything next to it. As furnace fuel it burns for 3.4 seconds — 0.3 smelting operations.
