Overview
Tripwire is a redstone block in Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.4. It is available only in Creative mode or through commands. With a hardness of 0 it gives way immediately under almost any tool.
Any tool works, and so do bare hands. What you actually collect is String. It is transparent, which matters when you are managing light levels.
With a blast resistance of only 0 it will not survive an explosion. Nothing on the crafting grid is made from it.
Properties
Blast resistance on Tripwire is 0, so any explosion nearby takes it out. It lets light pass and gives off no light. Broken normally it drops String rather than itself; Silk Touch is what returns the block, and Fortune raises the ordinary drop instead.
