Redstone Torch is a light-emitting block in Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.4. Redstone Torch has a crafting recipe, so it is renewable as long as you can source its ingredients. With a hardness of 0 it gives way immediately under almost any tool.
Any tool works, and so do bare hands. Mining it returns the block itself, so it is safe to relocate. Light level 7 is decorative rather than functional — mobs can still spawn beside it.
Light passes through it, so it will not darken the space behind it. It offers almost no protection from explosions (0 blast resistance). A full stack holds 64.
