In Minecraft 1.21.4, Dead Fire Coral Wall Fan is an underwater block. It is available only in Creative mode or through commands. With a hardness of 0 it gives way immediately under almost any tool.
It needs at least a wooden pickaxe to drop anything; a weaker tool destroys it for nothing. Because it is transparent it does not block light. A blast resistance of 0 means a single creeper will clear it away.
It is not used in any crafting recipe.
