Overview
Cake with Blue Candle is one of the 17 variants of Cake with Candle: same recipe, same hardness, same drops — only the look differs. The full write-up for the set is on the Cake with Candle page.
In Minecraft 1.21.4, Cake with Blue Candle is a building block. It is available only in Creative mode or through commands. With a hardness of 0.5 it gives way immediately under almost any tool.
Any tool works, and so do bare hands. What you actually collect is Blue Candle. A blast resistance of 0.5 means a single creeper will clear it away.
It is not used in any crafting recipe.

Properties
With 0.5 blast resistance Cake with Blue Candle goes down to any nearby explosion. It is fully opaque and produces no light. Broken normally it drops Blue Candle rather than itself; Silk Touch is what returns the block, and Fortune raises the ordinary drop instead.
