Light counts as a technical block in Minecraft 1.21.4. It cannot be obtained in Survival — it exists for Creative mode and commands. It is indestructible outside of Creative mode.
At light level 15 it lights a room as well as a torch does. Its blast resistance of 3,600,000.8 shrugs off creeper explosions. Nothing on the crafting grid is made from it.
